Posted by Happy Day Stampers! Here’s a fun play with the suite. Die cut out the balloon, then added the party-like acetate design behind it, plus a graduation cap complete with tassel. The layer behind the balloon pops out when opened. This design is CASE’d (Copy and Share Everything) from Sue Campfield.
