Posted by Happy Day Stampers! This card is #2 of 4 in a series where I’m showcasing the Beautiful Balloons bundle and one of the new In-Colors. Today’s In-Color is Pebbled Path. At first when I saw a photo of this card I thought it was in black & white. The Pebbled Path is a medium gray color and will pair beautifully with most any other color. It makes a great neutral color.
