Posted by Happy Day Stampers! I played with a (new to me) technique called Spotlight. Once the image was stamped on the White cardstock, then I used the Picture This dies for the cut outs. Colored the images on the cut outs and put them back in their original positions raised on dimensionals. I’m thinking this will be an upcoming class!
