Posted by Happy Day, Stampers! This technique was introduced to me by Dee Slater. You can check out her scrap strips creation here! I used the Peaceful Poppies DSP for my scrap strips. What a difference with different paper and layout! The designs inside the diamonds are strips of DSP – two sides of the same paper.
Products Used:
- Card stock: Blackberry Bliss, Whisper White, Old Olive
- DSP: Peaceful Poppies
- Die: Stitched Shapes
- Stamp set: Peaceful Moments
- Embossing Folder: Layered Leaves
- Embossed Sentiment in Shimmer White Embossing Powder – not sure if you can see the shimmer on the “Happy Birthday”, but it sure adds a bit of bling to the card!
