Posted by Happy Day, Stampers! This Peek-A-Boo card layout is credited to another creative stamper: Julie Davison. I saw this design and just had to try it. Her samples are winter/Christmas theme and this one is a birthday theme.
Fun interaction with this card. Main focal point on front, pull the ribbon and you see a message hiding behind. I hope this shows how you can take a design and with some color and stamp changes have a completely different card.
