Posted by Happy Day, Stampers! My son lost a pet of 8 years, so it’s a time of sadness. It’s such a different schedule when you’re used to taking care of a pet daily and you don’t have that as part of your schedule. None of our Stampin’ UP! stamps have the type of pet he had, so I went with images from the Animal Outing set. The Beads & Baubles background in white could be thought of as tears.
Materials used:
- Card stock and ink: Call Me Clover
- Stamp set: Animal Outing (#151281)
- Embossing folder: Beads & Baubles (#149713)
- 1″ circle punch
- 1 1/8″ Scalloped punch
- 1 1/2″ circle punch
- Twine (but for current materials, you could certainly use burlap ribbon, or the braided linen thread
