Posted by Happy Day, Stampers! Using some new products for the colors on this card. Stampin’ UP! introduced Pigment Sprinkles in their newest catalog. I must say I like these much better than the previous Brusho product. The plus for me with this product is:
- The colors are Stampin’ UP! colors: Bermuda Bay, Daffodil Delight, Granny Apple Green, Gorgeous Grape, Mango Melody, and Melon Mambo.
- They have a sprinkle top that closes (no need for push pins)
The colors I used on this card were Bermuda Bay and Mango Melody. I used two different techniques. The background was created by sprinkling the pigment on dry Whisper White thick paper, then used the spritzer to spread the colors. The “Happy Birthday” was on another piece of Whisper White thick paper using the Aqua Painter to get it wet first, then sprinkle color, then more Aqua Painter action to spread the color and make it more “filled in”.
