Halloween time simply calls for more treats, doesn’t it?!? Here’s a cute treat that won’t scare you away! “Glow in the dark” wrappers for Hershey’s candies. Check out the spooky – and shiny – spider web. It was made with some new holiday catalog items: Black foil specialty paper, Cauldron framelits! The stamps “eeeek” and little spider are from the September Paper Pumpkin!
